Scott has office hours at Lake Township Hall the first and third Thursday of each month (schedule subject to change so please call ahead to verify or for an appointment). He started working for Great Lakes Appraisal Service in 1977 part time - 1983 full time. He started working as an assistant assessor in Lake Township in the late 1980's and became the Assessor of Record in 1994. He is certified by the Michigan State Tax Commission as a Michigan Master Assessing Officer (MMAO) / Level 4 Assessor since 1992.
We are able to provide more detailed information about your assessment. The information includes assessment and taxable value histories, floor plan sketches, pictures (when available), square footage of the dwelling and other buildings, age of the home, zoning and land information, and more.
